SHIPPING AND CANCELLATIONS
At Bonhomia online shop, we take great care in delivering the products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services such as Bluedart and FedEx Solutions.
We'll deliver anywhere in India and at no cost to you! Shipping within India is FREE when you order for Rs 300/- or more.
All your orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. You can choose from any of the following shipping options -
Standard Shipping – Standard shipping is FREE when you order for Rs 300/- or more, and available across India. Shipping charges of Rs 50/- are applicable for orders below Rs 300/-. Our reputed courier partners like DTDC, BlueDart, Trackon etc. ensure you receive your products at the earliest and in good condition.
*Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.
The products ordered on Standard Shipping mode can be expected to be delivered within 3-5 days in major metro cities and can take anywhere between 6-12 days for other locations, from the time the order is confirmed..
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Saturday, Sundays.
Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any.
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we're not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 2 working days from the date you place the order.
Cancellations can be undertaken within 12 hours of placing the order. We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
Replacement and Refund Policy
In case you find the box damaged, please inform us about the same at email@example.com. We would be happy to replace the same.
In case the product does not meet your expectations, unopened boxes may be returned along with the reason for return. We would be happy to replace the boxes or refund to you the money within 10 working days through an online transfer.
All the products can be returned within 7-10 working days from the day of delivery.
